How We Are Structured

Plumb Gallery is owned by mixed media artist, Jennifer Charleson, with her husband, Lawrence Sample. The gallery represents a diverse collection of regional artists.

The Visionaries Behind Plumb Gallery

Plumb Gallery was created by artists, for artists, as a showcase for standout new works, as well as hidden treasures that might otherwise remain safe and secure in storage between juried exhibitions. The gallery is a vibrant celebration of diverse creativity for art lovers, collectors, and creators alike.

Ms. Charleson’s professional background in retail management and arts marketing, paired with her husband’s skill at transforming and maintaining properties with the highest level of precision and craftsmanship have come together to bring the vision for Plumb Gallery to life. Their efforts are strengthened by the support of an advisory panel, each selected for their diverse range of skills and insight.

Celebrating Local Art

Plumb Gallery’s operational expenses are supported in part by a select group of artist investors, whose affiliation affords them opportunities for sales commissions and a share of the profits. Together we are able to showcase the unique artistry of 20 of the region’s top talents, while fostering a culture of creativity and connection.
